The Adirondacks

Hiking Opportunities for all Levels of Ability
Not many places allow hikers of all levels to enjoy the thrill that comes with trekking through beautiful landscapes. However, the Adirondacks Park is one of the few places in NY that offers something for all types of hikers. With more than 2000 miles of nature foot paths, this park boasts of having one of the largest trail networks in the country. Therefore, this place is the perfect destination for those that want to go hiking in NY.

Hikes through the Adirondack Mountains can be as challenging as climbing the summit of a 4000 foot peak, or as easy as taking a casual stroll through winding paths at the foot of a hill. There are also handicap accessible trails in the park, thus allowing everyone to enjoy the rich natural beauty of the region.
