The Evans City Historical Society was just a division of the Evans City Library Association in the year 1986 initially. But after year later, the interest in the history of the community and the scope of the responsibility of the division has warranted the creation of the independent organization. This History Society in PA was organized and was incorporated on Feb. 10, 1988. This society charter charges it in documenting, promoting, preserving and perpetuate the history of the Evans City area! For more information, visit their website now.
