Great Place for Family Gathering

Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park is in Upstate NY yet very close to NYC. Only 40 miles from NYC you can find countless attractions and possibilities for a family gathering or vacation. Beautiful nature, scenic views, many picnic areas, an enormous pool (twice the size of an Olympic sized pool), basketball courts, a soccer field, fishing areas are just some of them.
