Improv Classes in NYC for Everyone!

Founded by Groundlings alumna Holly Mandel; Improvulution takes you through the basic tools, rules, and philosophy of improv.  Enjoy fun (and sometimes hilarious) games, drills, exercises, and simple scenes.  Best of all, Improvulution is a supportive, non-competitive environment where both actors and non-actors are perfectly welcome!  After all, the company was created with the belief that anyone can improvise!

As you move up to higher level classes; you will learn such skills as character/scene development, character monologues, long-form improv, and sketch writing.  If you please, you can even order private coaching from one of the many talented instructors.
